When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 12-48 hours after placing your order.
A "pre-payment" policy is in effect to protect both, you the customer, and ourselves from fraudulent orders.
This policy also allows us to get product shipped out faster by the manufacturers.
The charge will show up on your credit card statement under XyZo Design.
How do I pay by personal check, cashiers check or money order?
Add the items you would like to purchase into the online shopping cart as you would if you were paying by credit card. Click on the "Check Out" button when prompted and enter in your name and address information.
Next, click on the "Continue" button when prompted.
Finally, print out the next page and mail it to us at the following address.

Please be sure your payment reflects the total on the order print out and make your check payment to XyZo Design.
Please allow 14 business days for the check to clear our bank.
Once the check clears your order will be processed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is not charged unless you live in the state of Illinois.
Illinois state sales tax is 7.0%.
As a consumer, it is your responsibility to meet the sales tax requirements for your state.
Has my order been shipped?
We will continually update you on your order progression.
Once the order has shipped we will forward you the tracking information.
What time of day will my furniture be delivered?
Large items are typically delivered Monday-Friday between 8:00am to 5:00pm in your local time zone.
The deliveries are typically made in a 2-4 hour window.
The shippers will contact you directly for a delivery appointment and you will schedule the day and delivery window directly with them.
